1. If I were to print my English and Chinese name together on a same piece of sticker can I choose 2 different font?
Yes! Please indicate clearly when order.
2. My Chinese name is a mix of Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters, can it be printed? What font should I choose?
Only font 11 to 18 allow to print in mix of Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters. If you have chosen other font, we will change it for you at our discreation without informing you.
3. I found out that the font you have printed for me differed from what I had chosen, can I replace the sticker or get a refund?
We will always give you exactly what you want. However, due to software interface issues, some Chinese font cannot be found under certain font types, we will try our best to match it with the nearest font type. Please note that we hold the absolute discretion on what font to use. No replacement of refund will be granted in this case.
4. If I could like to use Font that is not listed on your list, it is possible?
Yes, provided the Font you have mentioned is in our data base. Please provide us the full Font's name. In case we do not have the mentioned Font, we will inform you. Please note that test print will be conducted first cos not all fonts are suitable to be used for printing.
5. Can I have other color for the Font instead of Black Color only?
Currently, only Black is available.
6. Can the wording printed in Vertical manner?
Yes. However, only certain types of Font can be done so. Please indicate your special request by putting a '@' sign infront of your font code. |

7. How many picture can I choose for the Single Color Series?
1 picture for 1 name. So for 120pcs and 200pcs set, which allows you to print 2 names/contents, you can print 2 pictures for that too. The 120pcs and 200pcs set also allows you to print 1 name/content with 2 pictures and vice versa.
8. Can I print different pictures on each piece of sticker?
Currently, it cannot be done technically.
9. If I would like to print many pictures, what choice do I have?
You can purchase as many 20pcs set as you like.
10.Can I print name only and do I get any discount for that?
You can omit the picture and print only your name, phone number or anything that you would like to print. However,we are not abled to give you any discount on that.
11. Can I print color picture?
Currently, picture can only be printed in Black. We would suggest you to go for Cartoon Series if you like colored pictures.
12. Can I print my own picture?
Yes. Please email me your picture file. File must be in JPEG or BMP format.

13. For the Cartoon Series, do I need to choose any picture or can I choose a particular picture for printing?
You need not choose any picture for the Cartoon Series. In fact, Each Cartoon Series came with pre-designed pictures. Example, Winnie The Pooh has 100 pre-designed pictures, so if you are buying 100pcs set, you will get 100 different pictures. Since pictures are pre-designed, you will not be abled to choose a particular picture for the series then. |

14. If I could like to order online, however, my PC cannot input Chinese characters, what should I do?
There are a few alternatives. You can write it down and fax to me, SMS me or you can download Microsoft Chinese Global IME huanyupinyin input software onto your computer, input the Chinese characters onto your email and mail it to me. The software is free. |
